Title Sponsor- $10,000: 30 event attendees, logo on Council monitors, shout out in our bi-monthly digital newsletter (over 4,500 subscriptions), social media shout out on all our social pages, company banner displayed at event, name/logo on all promotional materials, opportunity to distribute marketing material at event (vendor booth), 12 derby car entries & derby kits, 12 pint glasses, 12 patch/coasters, VIP Access area with 8 made pizzas, and a drink token for each attendee, along with logo on all marketing materials.
Race Sponsor - $5,000: 16 event attendees, shout out in our bi-monthly digital newsletter (over 4,500 subscriptions), company banner displayed at event, name/logo on all promotional materials, opportunity to distribute marketing material at event (vendor booth), 6 derby car entries & derby kits, 6 pint glasses, 6 patch/coasters, VIP Access area with 4 pizzas, and a drink token for each attendee, along with logo on all marketing materials.
Lane Sponsor - $2,500: 12 event attendees, area sponsor recognition, company banner displayed at event, opportunity to distribute marketing material at event (vendor booth), 4 derby car entries & derby kits, 4 pint glasses, patch/coasters, VIP Access area with 3 made from pizzas, and a drink token for each attendee, along with logo on all marketing materials.
Pit Sponsor - $1,500: 8 event attendees, area sponsor recognition, company banner displayed at event, opportunity to distribute marketing material at event (vendor booth), logo on all derby car kits distributed, 3 derby car entries & derby kits, 3 pint glasses, 3 patch/coasters, VIP Access area with 2 made from pizzas, and a drink token for each attendee.
Garage Sponsor - $500: 4 event attendees, 2 derby car entries & derby car kits, 2 pint glass, 2 patch/coasters, heavy appetizers, and drinks for each attendee, and logo on the pint glasses (200 made) used at the event, VIP Access area with 2 pizzas, and a drink token for each attendee.
Car Sponsor - $150: 2 event attendees, 1 derby car entry, 2 pint glasses, 2 patch/coasters, and two drink tokens.
Individual Racer - $35: event attendance, 1 derby car entry, 1 pint glass, 1 patch/coaster and 1 drink token.
